Ben Woods Founder & Principal Consultant
Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the property industry and led the urban renewal of Sydney Olympic Park for nearly 14 years, leading the delivery of over of $3.5B worth of development projects across multiple asset classes including residential, commercial office, hotel and recreational development. Ben holds a Masters in Commerce (Property Investment & Development) and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
Steve Jensen Consultant
Steve is a property development professional with over 40 years experience both in the private sector and government, specialising in developing & negotiating complex developments agreements including Project Development Agreements/Agreements for Lease, value creation, transaction management and has a long & successful history in delivering solutions. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
